I have a MC815LL/A mac mini. Command + R rescue/recovery does not find a hard drive partition to install OS X Lion onto. The machine has a hard drive in it. Disk utility does not let me create a partition onto the drive or format the drive. I think that the hard drive needs to be formatted. I bought this used. Hard drive data has been erased. Response from Microsoft and their support was pretty clear: it violates their user agreement (you're not allowed to modified the XBox One), so I ended up buying a cheap Western Digital 2Tb USB 3.0 drive (like this one) and am using that right now - works like a charm by the way. Reason 1, your Mac can use a Seagate external hard drive formatted as HFS+ for a Time Machine backup. So if anything happens to your Mac you can restore your entire Mac from a Time Machine backup. Reason 2, when you accidentally delete a file you want, then you can bring that file back as well.

It does not come with a disc/dvd or USB thumb drive.
Internet recovery does not work, apprently because it cannot find a HD/partition.
Crysis 1 no cd.
How do I format the drive (without a disc) so that the so-called revcovery will work after the formatting?
